Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for refund if returned within 10 business days if the following conditions are met.
Item(s) are unused and in original packaging
Defective merchandise electrical or other will be replaced only with an equivalent component and we must be notified that it is defective on the date of delivery.
Electrical / Special order / Custom cut items are non-returnable.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of invoice and a return authorization number (RMA) which can be obtained by calling us at 203.868.5517
All returns that meet our return criteria may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
